There comes a point in your child’s life where they will be wanting their first games console. But how do you decide which one is best for them?

One of the first things you should consider is what games each console choice has to offer. Choosing a console with a range of games for your child will be your best option. This means they shouldn’t get bored of their console.

You should also listen to your child. Have they asked for a specific console? If they have, you should highly consider this console. There may be a reason why they are wanting this certain console.

When looking to buy a console I would also recommend talking to the parents of your child’s friends. Try to find out what consoles they have and which ones are preferred. This will allow your child to connect with some of their closest friends online.
